I Have Booked My Appointment Online
When you arrive at our clinic you will find a table outside our front doors. (Inside the foyer in Redmond) Located here are instructions for completing the online registration process which can be done using your smartphone. Grab an instruction sheet from the table and return it to your car to complete registering and checking in. Follow the instructions on the sheet notifying us that you have arrived for your test. If you do not have a smartphone or need additional help, come to the front door and we will assist you.
In Bend, please do not enter the drive-thru until you are instructed to do so. Many insurance companies are covering the cost of both tests. Unfortunately, we do not know how your plan will process your visit, so it is a good idea to call and check with them first. There is currently a government program covering the cost of the send-out test for those who are uninsured. We are not able to bill out of state Medicaid. If you submit an out-of-state Medicaid for billing, you will be responsible for the visit.
Rapid Covid-19 Testing - Abbott ID Now
We are currently offering rapid COVID-19 viral testing at our Bend and Redmond locations by appointment only. The Abbott ID Now test is a molecular test with a good degree of accuracy because it uses (naat) nucleic acid amplification technology. (This is not a rapid antigen test)
This test is suitable for both asymptomatic and symptomatic individuals. No referral is necessary.
- Return to school or work
- Visit loved ones
Uninsured patients will either need to be self-pay or receive the PCR Nasopharyngeal swab.
Unfortunately, we are not able to bill all insurances for these rapid tests. Call for details.
It is the patient’s responsibility to understand the specific type(s) of the COVID-19 test required for their purpose of being tested.
