I Have Booked My Appointment Online

You still need to complete your registration at the time of service. When you arrive at our clinic, please walk to the table outside our front doors. (Inside the foyer in Redmond) Located here are instructions for completing the online registration process which can be done using your smartphone. Grab an instruction sheet from the table and return it to your car to complete your registration/check-in. Please let us know you have arrived for your test. If you do not have a smartphone or need additional help, call 541-213-2133.

In Bend, please do not enter the drive-thru until you are instructed.

Many insurance companies are covering the cost of both tests. It is a good idea for you to verify your plan before being tested because insurance coverage varies.

No Insurance?

There is currently a government program covering the cost of the PCR send-out test for those who are uninsured. We are not able to bill out of state Medicaid. If you submit an out-of-state Medicaid for billing, you will be responsible for the visit.
