Why Choose Us
We want your experience to be the best.
Dr. Terri Mucha is a board certified family physician who has a passion for keeping people out of the Emergency Room. Dr. Mucha received her Bachelors in Industrial & Operations Engineering from The University of Michigan in 1994 and her Medical Degree from The Ohio State University in 2004. She completed her family medicine residency in Grand Junction, Colorado and then moved to McCall, Idaho where she practiced as a full spectrum rural physician for 5 years. It was during this time that she developed a heart for improving access to low cost health care. When she and her family moved to Bend in 2012, she noticed that Central Oregon needed more convenient lower cost healthcare options. She became committed to putting “the urgent” back into urgent care and opened Family Choice Urgent Care in December of 2016.
